– 7. You will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to send payment.
– 8. Send your E-Transfer. Once it is processed and received, we will quickly work on your
order and ship it out. (Orders placed on Monday-Friday before 1pm PST will typically be
shipped out within the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the following day. This
excludes weekends and holidays).
Currently, we only operate within Canada.
There is no minimum order, however any orders less than $100 will be charged a
flat-rate of $15 for shipping.
Taxes are already included in our prices!
All purchases are final, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Reships on orders with
issues will be looked into by our team.
Currently, we only accept Interac Email Transfer payments. Instructions will be provided
with your order confirmation and invoice. Orders will be shipped out after the E-transfer
has been sent, processed and received.
1. Register and set-up online banking with your banking institution if you haven’t already.
This can be done online or if assistance is needed, you may contact your branch directly.
2. Proceed to the E-transfers section in online banking via your banking institution’s
website or mobile app.
3. Add our payment email given in the instructions with your order confirmation email.
4. We will provide you with a secret word for the transfer. This will be included within the
instructions email and following steps to send the E-transfer. Please read carefully.
Once you have sent the E-transfer payment and it is received on our end, your order
status will be marked off as processing and our team will quickly get on with working on
packaging and shipping out your order. In some cases, E-transfers are not instant and
can take up to 2 days to process. Once your order is packaged and shipped, you can expect it on average within 1-3 days.
Once you place your order and the payment is processed, your order will be sent out for
delivery. Payments that are received and accepted before 1PM PST, orders will typically
be sent out within the same day. Payments for orders accepted after 1PM PST will be
sent out the following day excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers may
take up to 48 hours to be updated with the Shipping Carrier. If your tracking number
does not work, you may contact us by email for support.
– If you do not receive your package within 48 hours after your expected delivery date
from the shipping carrier, you may contact us by email.
– We will then file a trace with the shipping carrier in an attempt to locate your package for
you.
– After filing a trace with the shipping carrier, this may take a few business days. If the
trace is successful, your package will be en-route to you. If the package cannot be
located, we will send you upwards to 1x replacement package.
– We cannot issue refunds or credit for any delays from the shipping carrier as this is out
of our control and it is solely due to the shipping carrier.
– We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier delivers
your package and it is marked as “Delivered”.
– Upon package arrival, once you have received your package please take a video and
photos of you opening your package and unboxing your products to ensure that you
have received everything you’ve ordered and that the weight is correct.
– If there are any issues with your order, please send videos and photos to our support
team and we will look into granting a reship for your order.
We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer when
placing an order. If this results in an unsuccessful delivery, it is not covered by us. Please
note that we try our best to catch errors in any delivery addresses and if there is an issue
we will most definitely contact by email to ensure that you receive your order. Any
unclaimed package(s) that are still left at the postal office after 15 days will be sent back
to us. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their package within
this holding period if this is deemed to be the case. Otherwise we are not held liable and
packages will not be picked up and re-sent by us.

Every order will be packaged discreetly, vacuum-sealed to be smell-proof. It will then be shipped via Express by Canada Post. Your order will arrive on average 1-3 business days.
Every member can enjoy our points and rewards program. Members can expect to earn 2 points for every $1 spent. Points will be awarded upon order completion and can be converted for endless discounts on our store!
The affiliate and referral system allows any member to refer their friends or anyone using their referral link for discounts. Members can expect a $50 credit once their friend places their first order that totals to $150 or more. The referral can also enjoy a $20 off on their order from their referral coupon code/link.
Please note that referrals do not apply to an address that has already been used.
Every order placed will be put on-hold until payment is sent and received. Your order should be processed within the same business day. If your order is still on-hold, it’s most likely that we did not receive your payment. Please make sure to follow the payment instructions thoroughly, it is very important as your order will not be processed if we do not receive payment. In most cases, a typo with our payment email may be the issue, otherwise the e-transfer is not instant and can take up to 48 hours to process. We will send you a courtesy email reminding payment if haven’t done so already! We get all orders processed and shipped out within the same business day so if there’s any delays, there could very well be an issue, therefore please contact us and we’ll help you process your order and get it shipped out as soon as possible!
Note: Processing could take up until 3:00 P.M PDT, If an e-transfer was sent after 1:00 P.M, it will be accepted before 3:00 P.M the next business day in order to be packaged and shipped out the same day. Cut-offs for orders are at 1:00 P.M. This excludes weekends and holidays as your order will be processed and shipped out the next working business day for the post office.
